Introduction about e-Port (20/7/2010)

With the target to enhance the service quality and create the most convenience to the Shipping Lies, Shipping agents in updating the information about the vessels, containers and the discharging/loading process of the vessels, loading lists, discharging lists, manifest anytime and any places where the internet is available, the IT Department of saigon Newport Corporation has developed the E-port with the following functions:

• To provide the vessel schedule at the terminal
• To provide the information about loading list, discharging list through a summary table. The detailed list is also available.
• The interface/theme shall be developed so as to provide the updated information about the loading lists and discharging lists and manifests
• To provide the summary about the container operation, number of long-staying container
• Other usilities: movements and circle of a container, EDI between Port and shipping lines.
• To provide information about the Delivery Orders ( empty and laden)..., simplify the ducuments and formalities
• We hope that the information shall meet the demand of shipping lines/ agents for the updated information relating to your operation and satisfy you
