Signing ceremony of cooperation between Saigon Newport Corporation and PV Gas

On September 30th 2015, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) and Petrovietnam Gas Corporation (PV Gas) held a signing ceremony of cooperation at PV Gas office in Hochiminh City.
The cooperation agreement was signed to create the premise for PV GAS and SNP to research, select and maximize participation in supply, use of products and services on the capabilities and strengths of each other and subsidiaries, in principle comply with the law and ensure the technical quality, progress and competitive price.
In the beginning, PVGAS will facilitate to preferably use SNP's services (port, logistics, transportation, marine services in support of oil and gas industry include: security ship, ROV guard ship, geophysical survey vessel, Azimuth tug boats, marine survey services, rescue services...) for production and business activities, and construction projects.
SNP will also facilitate to use PV Gas's products and services (gas, gas products, steel pipe, pipe coating...) for business and production activities, construction, civil activities.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Nghiem - SNP's President - and Mr Duong Manh Son - PV GAS General Director - expressed joy about the cooperation of the two corporations, and said that the agreement will be implemented efficiently, to build a strong relationship between the two corporations.
