The meeting to thank customers & announce the completion of the business results 2012 of Tan Cang – Song Than ICD Ltd Company

On Nov 30th, 2012, Tan Cang – Song Than ICD (TC - ST ICD) organized the meeting to thank customers & announce the completion of the business results 2012. Attending the conference, there were the representatives of Binh Duong People’s Committee, Binh Duong Customs Department, Saigon Newport Corp. & its Subsidiaries and Customers, vendors and press representatives.
Making speech at the Meeting, the Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem stressed the contributions of TC – ST ICD in supplying the valuable services for local customers, firms and investors to economize the cost and delivery time. This has assisted the province in attracting investment and increasing import/export taxes for Binh Duong. In addition, TC – ST ICD has built the great image of the Navy Soldiers unyielding on the economic front and full of love & warmth in the social activities such as the participating in the social charity, making contribution to the hunger elimination & poverty reduction, raising the responsibilities to the community etc.
On behalf of all customers and shipping lines, ICP Viet Nam Co. and Hanjin Shipping line delivered speeches at the Meeting. They appreciated the professional and effective management capability of TC – ST ICD in the running of the warehouse system as well as the good co-ordination and support of the functional & relating Departments of TC-ST ICD. They strongly believe in the stable development of TC-ST ICD and the better relationship with customers in the time to come.
Taking the opportunity, on behalf of the management & staff of TC-ST ICD, the Chairman of Board of Management cum Director of the company, Mr. Cao Tien Thuan has expressed sincere thanks to the Binh Duong People’s Committee, Binh Duong Customs Department, Saigon Newport Corp. & its subsidiaries, all of customers & partners and local authorities, who had supported TC – ST ICD during the last year.
In the context of the severely competitive market with the presence of the world leading logistics providers & investors in Binh Duong province, TC –ST ICD has taken determined & daring solutions: Perfecting the packaged services, promoting the internal forces; deploying the model of the modern 3PL distribution center services such as those done for Kimberly – Clark and ICP, increasing CFS services. All these serve as the prerequisite conditions for the company to become a professional & modern logistics provider of Vietnam who is special for his culture & characteristics of a Defense- Economic enterprise. In 2012, TC – ST ICD has completed the set plan of 2012: the total revenue was VND 186, 685 billion, equivalent to 109.27% of the planned one; Total profit was VND 32,250 billion, equivalent to 104.85% of those planned.
Having the firm determination & good unification under the motto “Quality is Gold, Customers are Friend”., TC-ST is continuing to develop the internal resources, the quality management system through IT, apply ISO 9001:2008 in management; ensure the safety & security, implement the commitments on the service quality with customers effectively. Moreover, TC-ST ICD is implementing the KPI indicators system to measure the performance and customer satisfaction. TC – ST ICD has been & will be a reliable & trustful destination for all the customers & partners as well as accompanying & giving more values for the customers.
