On January 18th and 19th, 2010 Saigon Newport Company successfully organized a visit to wish a Happy New Year to Leaders of An Giang Provincial Committee of the Party, the People Commttitee, and concerned Deparments, held opening ceremony of Ho Chi Minh – Cần Thơ – An Giang barging route and Mekong Delta customer meeting
On January 18th and 19th, 2010 Saigon Newport Company successfully organized a visit to wish a Happy New Year to Leaders of An Giang Provincial Committee of the Party, the People Commttitee, and concerned Deparments, held opening ceremony of Ho Chi Minh – Cần Thơ – An Giang barging route and Mekong Delta customer meeting.
In the afternoon January 18th, 2010, the delegation paid a visit to Leaders of the People Committee at head office and had a meeting with Mr. Vương Bình Thạnh- stading member of the An Giang Provincial Committee of the Party, Vice Chaiman of the stading People Committee and relevant Departments. In the evening of the same day, a receiving party given to the delegation by Leaders of Provincial Committee of the Party and the People Committee. Attended in the meeting were the highest ranking Leaders of the Province such as: former An Giang Party Chief of Provincial Committee of the Party-Deputy Chief of Central Party organizing Department permanent member of southern area , Vice Chaiman of the stading People Committee and Leaders of local Departments. The meeting took place in warm and fervid atmosphere.
In the morning Tuesday January 19th, 2010, the opening ceremony of barging route was held at the Mỹ Thới Port. Attended and cut opening ribbon were An Giang Vice Chaiman of the stading People Committee, Director of Communcations and Transport Department, Director of Custom Department, representatives of Departments and Customers. Besides, the Mekong Delta customer meeting 2010 was held in Long Xuyên city in the same morning. Participated in the meeting were Leaders of local Departments, Mỹ Thới Port and more than 130 customers from Cần Thơ, An Giang and Đồng Tháp. At the meeting, customers discussed the service quality matters concerning barging route establishment.
The meeting and opening ceremony were highly appreciated by Leaders of An Giang Provincial Committee of the Party, the People Committee, relevant Departments and Customers, which has created good foundations for Saigon Newport Company to develop its business in the Mekong Delta area.
