On December 13, 2017, the second customer’s day of Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) took place at Tan Cang - Cat Lai Terminal..
SNP would like to express its gratitude to customers doing business directly at the terminal and to receive customer’s comments and suggestions to constantly improve the quality of all services. This is also a chance for SNP to introduce policies and guidelines, new facilities and services to customers. More than 2000 customers attended the event and provided feedback for the service quality survey.
With the motto of always accompanying customers, applying modern technology to simplify procedures, helping customers save time and money, professionalizing services and improving staff’s attitude, in 2017 SNP has successfully applied the online procedure and payment system for export containers. In December, 2017, the online smart phones application for import and export containers has officially gone live. From January 1, 2018, online processing will also apply to import containers. Currently, the number of online customers using online procedure for import has increased from 10% to over 20% and they are happy with this procedure.
