1. Service quality survey week series: Tan Cang - Cai Mep Port cluster wishes to listen, understand and bring the best customers services:
From September 26, 2022 to October 7, 2022, the week of service quality survey took place at Tan Cang - Cai Mep Thi Vai Terminal (TCTT) and Tan Cang - Cai Mep international Terminal (TCIT), with enthusiastic participation and helpful comments from customers and partners. Through the service quality survey, customers have highly appreciated the level of satisfaction in the process of experiencing quality service in the area of Tan Cang - Cai Mep Port cluster - with an average satisfaction rate over 88%, customers rate Good and Very Good for many services. 2. SNP Friendship Football Tournament:
