Vina Capital especially paid attention to the projects of the commercial centre and office building at Tan Cang port and resort project at Phu Quoc island. At present, Vina Capital is investing USD 200 million in building a complex including a 33-floor commercial centre, hotels, apartments, office building, international school at Son Tra District (Da nang province) on an area of 9 ha. Mr. Horst F Geicke said that with its strength of finance and experience of equitization, stock exchanging as well as infrastructure development, the co-operation with Vina Capital – as “a 3 in 1 investor” in deploying the project will bring convenience, efficiencies and benefits for both sides. The SNP also attracted Vina Capital’s attention to the investment in the infrastructure development of SNP’s logistics premises.
