Tan Cang Petro Cam Ranh successful receipt of oversized and overweight wind turbine blades in service of the Cong Hai Wind Power Project – Phase 2
01/06/2026
On May 25, 2026, Tan Cang Petro Cam Ranh (TCPC) successfully received 15 oversized and overweight wind turbine blades from the vessel Pacific Titan, which safely berthed at the port, with the cargo securely handled and stored at the yard. Each blade measures up to 89 meters in length and is recorded as the longest wind turbine blade in Vietnam used for a domestic project to date.

The project represents close and synchronized coordination among port operations, technical services, operational management, and on-site execution to ensure the safe handling of oversized and overweight cargo among experienced member units under Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP).
- Tan Cang Petro Cam Ranh directly received the vessel and organized port operations: Located in Cam Ranh Bay, with ideal natural conditions – a wide water area with an average depth of up to -20 meters, sheltered from wind and unaffected by waves and tides – Cam Ranh International Port possesses outstanding infrastructure, including seven berths with a total pier length of up to 1,280 meters. With the capacity to receive cargo vessels of up to 110,000 DWT and a 2.5-hectare storage yard, the port affirms its strong advantage in receiving large-scale project cargo vessels.

- Tan Cang Technical Services coordinated cargo handling operations: Tan Cang Technical Services (TCTS) continues to affirm its leading position in the segment of oversized and overweight cargo handling and transportation.
