An accessible customs clearance place in Dinh Vu area, is logistics hinterland of the first deep water terminal in Northern Viet Nam and 1 in 3 ICDs which are licensed in Hai Phong according to Decision No. 1041/QD-BGTVT dated May 28, 2020 of the Ministry of Transport.
