Tan Cang 128 - Hai Phong Terminal (TC128) is strategically placed as the road traffic artery connecting the economic triangle of Hai Phong, Hanoi, and Quang Ninh. In terms of waterway transportation, TC128 is located in the major channel to terminals in Hai Phong, near Nam Dinh Vu industrial park, connecting seaports in the Quang Ninh area via inland waterway, connecting to Tan Cang 189 – Hai Phong, and TC-HICT construct a synchronous port-cluster.
