Tan Cang - Cai Mep Thi Vai Terminal (TCTT), part of the deep-water seaport system in the Cai Mep – Thi Vai area (Currently belongs to Ho Chi Minh City). It is approximately 70-80 kilometers by road, and 50 kilometers by river from Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai, which makes it particularly convenient for connecting with Cai Mep Industrial Parks through National Highway 51.

Tan Cang - Cai Mep Thi Vai Terminal (TCTT) - An international transit hub

Tan Cang - Cai Mep Thi Vai Terminal (TCTT), Tan Cang - Cai Mep Terminal (TCCT), and Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal (TCIT) have joined forces to construct a continuous container port cluster in the Saigon Newport Corporation's port system in Ho Chi Minh City.

- April 27, 2014: Welcomed the first vessel, MOL WISDOM
- October 30, 2015: Establishment of Tan Cang – Cai Mep Thi Vai Port One Member Limited Liability Company, pursuant to Decision No. 4551/QĐ-BQP dated October 30, 2015 by the Minister of National Defense
- May 24, 2024: Gate-opening ceremony connecting TCTT and CMIT
- March 13, 2025: Received the first vessel with a deadweight of 166,000 DWT
