Tan Cang - Nhon Trach starts operating under Inland Container Depot (ICD) model from June 2016 following to undertaking of the Saigon New Port Corporation and the Board of Directors of the Tan Cang logistics company, upgrade existing Nhon Trach berth become Tan Cang – Nhon Trach ICD import and export goods hub, connecting Nhon Trach areas with Tan Cang - Cat Lai, Tan Cang -Hiep Phuoc, Tan Cang - Cai Mep deep-water port. From found to the present, under the direction of Directors of Tan Cang Logistics company, issued policies to support timeliness, ICD Tan Cang - Nhon Trach ICD has gradually come into operation, quality of the next month was higher than prior month.
With a distance of 6 km by river, traffic in a clear area, ICD TC - NT is a convenient gathering place for receiving import and export goods, especially the solution for reefer containers. the interest of customers to export fruit and seafood in recent times. ICD TC - NT is the best offloading area to replace Tan Cang - Cat Lai port, convenient connection with Cai Mep port cluster and Tan Cang - Hiep Phuoc port for reefer delivery from Binh Thuan area. Dong Nai with the advantages of cost and time as follows:

To meet the demand for reefer operation services of customers and SITC shipping lines, ICD TC-NT has invested in the infrastructure system with a total area of 27.5 hectares; 8,000 m2 of warehouse area; yard capacity is about 10,500 TEU; 25 tractors and 08 forklifts; 72 cold sockets to meet regional cargo demand. It is expected that in the near future, to expand the planning of a 6.2 ha warehouse, phase 1 will build 03 warehouses, each warehouse is 6,750 m2. PTI and M&R services for reefer containers, monitoring systems and reefer operations are strictly deployed to help containers be regularly maintained, goods are guaranteed to avoid damage and damage to customers.
