Tan Cang – Phu Huu Joint Stock Company (TCPH) operates and manages Terminal C at Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal.

Tan Cang – Cat Lai include 3 berths (Terminal) A, B, and C with a scale of almost 170 ha and 1,952 m of berth length.

Terminal C, Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal has a great advantage in geographical location, with good connection to the road connecting Ring Road 2 and Ho Chi Minh - Long Thanh expressway through Nguyen Duy Trinh and Nguyen Thi Dinh street (through Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal), as well as well connected by inland waterway with deep-water ports and the system of waterways and ICDs in the rear area.

On July 28, 2016, Saigon Newport Corporation and Tan Cang Phu Huu JSC. organized to welcome the maiden call of Uni Popular vessel (tonnage 19,309 DWT, capacity 1,618 TEU) of Evergreen shipping at Terminal C.
