Saigon Newport Corporation Hosts Second Annual "Run As One" Race in 2024

On the morning of June 30th in Thu Duc City (Ho Chi Minh City), Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) successfully organized the second season of the "Run As One" race, attracting over 1,600 participants from the port operation and logistics community. The event carries the meaningful message: "Running together towards a common goal with pioneering spirit, connecting the community and aiming for the objective of REACHING GLOBAL HEIGHTS – CONNECTING THE WORLD."
The "SNP Run As One 2024" race took place in the green spaces of Sala Urban Area in Thu Duc City, featuring 5 km and 10 km distances. It aimed to create an exciting and comfortable sporting event for athletes in the port operations and logistics community. This race inaugurated the 2024 Sports Festival of SNP, which is part of the activities celebrating the corporation's 35th anniversary. Over these 35 years, SNP has demonstrated a strong pioneering role in innovation, enhancing service quality, modernizing processes, and driving the overall development of Vietnam's marine logistics industry.
Lieutenant Colonel Truong Tan Loc, Marketing Director of SNP, emphasized that the sports event not only serves as a gesture of gratitude but also provides an opportunity for SNP to engage and strengthen relationships with customers, shipping lines, and partners. Additionally, it promotes the spirit of health improvement following President Ho Chi Minh's example: "Each healthy citizen contributes to the health of the entire nation."
The opening ceremony of the "Run As One" race also saw the participation of SNP athletes representing the Vietnam Seaports Association (VPA) in the Southeast Asian Seaports Association Sports Festival – Malaysia 2024. As a leading port operator in Vietnam, Saigon Newport has continuously expanded its global reach, asserting its pioneering role in Southeast Asia.
