On June 15th, 2020, Tan Cang - Cai Mep Thi Vai Terminal received and handled the OOCL CHONGQING / V.032E of the OOCL shipping line, in the AWE4 service route, operated by alliance of COSCO and OOCL to Europe. A new record of handling productivity was set with an average 153.6 containers/hour movement, during which, there were times when the capacity reaches 245 containers/hour.

With throughput volume of the first 6 months reaching 361,000 teus, achieveing 51.5% of the year plan, TCTT has received 6 more Ad - hoc calls; Average ship productivity in the first 6 months was 116.6 containers/hour, increased 11% compared to the average of 2019. With this success, TCTT ensures the jobs and living standard of managers and employees in the company.
