Tan Cang Cai Mep International Container Terminal (TCIT) is one of the subsidiaries of SNP. This is a joint venture of SNP with three big carriers- MOL, Hanjin & Wanhai. After two years operational, thanks to the valuable support of the carriers and shippers/ consignees, the volume at TCIT during the first 9 months of 2012 has doubles those of the same time in 2011.
The TCIT’s market share has increased sharply in 2012 and made up more than 60% of those in the deep sea terminals in Cai Mep. TCIT is receiving 6 voyages/week, the handling productivity reached more than 100 containers/ vessel. To make this achievement, TCIT has endlessly made the best efforts in the customers’ caring so as to attract customers to TCIT. The customers’ caring center gives the support and helps customers in resolving the arisen problems 24/7.
TCIT also usually organizes the Customers’ Meetings to listen to customers’ comments & suggestions to the terminal services in the present & in the time to come. Having profoundly grasped the customers’ demands, we can enhance the service quality to mee their need the best.
Listening to, sharing as well as connecting closely with the carriers/ shippers/ consignees is one of the most important targets of TCIT. Being aware of this purpose, all the TCIT’s employees act as a customers’ caring staff. All the problems has been well and rapidly settled by the good co-ordination of the relating departments and divisions
