The signing ceremony on the service quality between APL Logistics (APLL) and Tan Cang - Song Than ICD

On Sept 14th 2012, at the meeting hall of Tan Cang - Song Than ICD, the signing ceremony on the service quality commitment between APL Logistics (APLL) and Tan Cang - Song Than ICD was solemnly held.
Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Mr. Cao Tien Thuan, ICD director emphasized “TC-ST ICD always builds up and develop the prestigious multilateral co-operation, respect the mutual development and benefit, understanding to aims at providing the services meeting and exceeding the expectation of the customers.
Representative of APLL, Mr. Athony, express the high appreciation for the close co-operation of SNP & APLL for the past 15 years and the co-operation of APLL & TC- ST ICD for 11years.
In 2001, APLL was the first user of the CFS services of TC-ST ICD on the area of 6,000 sqm. The current CFS rented by APLL at TC-ST ICD is 20,000 sqm, three times bigger than those of the initial days and the usage capacity keeps 100%.
Commitment to serve customers with the best quality services is the target in the development strategy of TC-ST ICD. The company has signed the service quality commitment with not only APLL but also all the customers using the company services and by this way, the service quality of TC-ST ICD has been endlessly enhancing, helping the customers to maximize the capacity & save cost.
