Phuc Long ICD with the strategy of service quality enhancement for customers

Phuc Long ICD was established and officially operated in 2005. Since September 2012, Phuc Long ICD port has been under the operation and management of three businesses including Tan Cang No.1 JSC (SNP’s subsidiary), Tan Cang Shipping JSC (SNP’s subsidiary) and Giang Nam company.
These businesses have many years of experience in areas of shipping, transport and depot operation. Particularly, Tan Cang Shipping JSC and Tan Cang No.1 JSC are the subsidiaries of Saigon Newport Corp. (SNP) which give optimal conditions for customers in the delivery/receipt of goods with Phuc Long ICD and in the connection with Cat Lai, TCCT and TCIT terminal, Mekong Delta as well as other facilities of SNP.
With the favorable geographic location in the East-West corridor of the city, next to the Saigon River, near industrial parks and export processing zones of Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces, Phuc Long ICD brings convenience to customers in the transportation of goods by road and waterways to ports and industrial zones.
Although being an inland port, Phuc Long ICD has put intense investment in new and modern infrastructure and equipments. With the 86m of berth length, 3.2m of water draft at berth and 30m of turning basin, the ICD is equipped with three modern Gantry Cranes and a crawler crane. Moreover, with a total area of 80,000 m2 including 20,000 m2 for the Depot operating and bonded warehouse with an area of 1,000 m2, the ICD provides customers a number of services such as inland waterway transport, transshipment, loading/discharging of container and bulk cargo, goods inspection and customs clearance of import/export cargoes at the port and bonded warehouse services, etc. Concrete floor is to ensure the safety of the goods stored there. Phuc Long ICD is equipped with four reach stackers and nine empty forklifts and prime movers to ensure quick delivery time to customers.
