With the goal of constantly improving service quality and optimizing customer experience when using services, SNP Eport application has been continuously upgraded and developed by SNP through stages from Web platform to mobile devices. Compared to the first version launched in 2016, the Eport electronic port application version 2022 not only has an eye-catching and user-friendly interface, but also possesses many useful features. Especially the online check-in feature, exclusively for transport enterprises and drivers. Users can easily register for an account by scanning their ID. Transport units and drivers when delivering container at Tan Cang Cat Lai terminal can easily check information about container, customs clearance conditions, payment, order of shipment in batches ... before car into port. Drivers who perform online check-in on the application will reduce the time to check vehicles at the terminal gate, shorten the time of goods delivery. With the desire to promote the application of technology in port operations, towards the construction of an automatic gate system, the online check-in feature is expected to be implemented compulsory by SNP from the beginning of 2023.

In order to contribute to improving the customer's experience when using services at Tan Cang Cat Lai terminal, and at the same time supporting and encouraging customers to actively accompany Saigon Newport Corporation to speed up the digital transformation process, Youth Union, the Women's Union of the Marketing Department and the Operation Department deployed a propaganda campaign to guide customers to install and use the SNP Eport mobile application to perform online check-in at gate A, B, and G of Tan Cang Cat Lai terminals.

Besides, on October 12, SNP held a presentation and guide to use the SNP Eport App for customers who are import-export companies, forwarders, and transport units with the participation of representatives of the Associations, Southern Regional Cargo Association (HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai). With the orientation of understanding - changing - adapting with customers, this meeting is an opportunity for SNP to share details about the benefits that businesses receive when using the application, detailed instructions on how to use the new features of the app and especially acknowledge comments from customers to make App SNP Eport more and more perfect. The instructions and Q&A comments at the tutorial will also be compiled and posted on the group pages "Accompanying TCSG", Zalo OA and Chatbox integrated on Website and Mobile E-port to help customers with information needed.
