Tan Cang Moc Bai Dry Port handles first customs-cleared container at designated Customs Supervision Location (Code 45B1C03)

Strategically located near Moc Bai International Border Gate – a critical trade hub on the East–West Economic Corridor – TCMB plays a vital role in SNP’s strategy to develop its dry port, ICD, and border depot network. In close coordination with logistics enterprises in Cambodia, TCMB contributes to streamlining customs clearance, alleviating congestion at the border gate, optimizing inland transportation costs, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the cross-border supply chain. It also serves as a two-way logistics connectivity hub between Vietnam and Cambodia, aiming to serve customers in Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Svay Rieng, and Phnom Penh.


Overview of TCMB project
TCMB total area: 16.52 hectares, including:
- Dry Port Project: 6.5 ha
- Logistics Center: 10.02 ha
The Customs Supervision Location: 45B1C03
Modern Equipment: 3 RTG cranes (6+1), 5 forklifts (laden/empty), 50 tractors and trailers
Main Functions:
- Reception and consolidation of import/export and transit containers
- On-site customs clearance (with infrastructure for inspection and supervision)
Services Provided:
- Integrated logistics services
- Customs clearance and cargo transport services at Moc Bai border gate
- Warehousing, storage, and distribution services
- Empty container/goods handling, inspection, stuffing/unstuffing
- M&R services
- Multimodal transportation
The commissioning of Phase 1 of TCMB demonstrates SNP’s commitment to supporting state authorities in vehicle regulation, administrative procedure reform, and the enhancement of border logistics service quality, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the area after administrative restructuring. Moving forward, SNP will continue to invest in infrastructure completion, expand scale, and integrate value-added logistics services to meet the diverse and growing needs of customers and partners across both countries.
