SNP has participated human resources development conference of the Southeast Asia ports association in Indonesia

On December 12/14/2017, HRD Conference of the Southeast Asia Ports Association was held in Ancol, North Jakarta, Indonesia. .
There are more than 40 delegates from the Ports and Port Authorities participated in the conference. The delegation of Vietnam is composed of 4 members, chaired by Mr. Huynh Van Cuong – Chairman - Board of Directors, Saigon Port Joint Stock Company
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang- Deputy Director of HR Division of Saigon Newport Corporation has represented the Vietnamese delegation to present human resource development at SNP. The special presentation emphasized the training of staff to meet the needs of new types of services, improve professionalism and especially meet the new requirements adapt to “The Industrial Revolution 4.0”, encourages learning and reading skills of employees. The presentation attracted the attention of the delegates and many delegates asked the speaker how to attract employees to stick with the company, rotation work position and promotion opportunities for employees...
The presentations of the Delegations also provided useful information. In particular, guest speaker - Mr. Handri Santriago - CEO of GE in Indonesia shared his experience in human resource development to create a stable human resources strategy for the sustainable development of each enterprise. In the competitive and volatile market, motivations for employees to work and contribute are importance. On the side of the conference, the Organizer has many small competitions such as photo contest, paintings contests... that creates exciting atmosphere. With excellent presentation, Vietnam and Malaysia are the two delegates who received the Certificate of Merit from the Organizer for their participation in Conference Activities and additional awards such as the photo shoot on APA HRD Development Meeting 2017. Participants visited Tanjung Priok Port in Jarkata and listened to the port's introduction, projects have been implemented in the near future, visit the old town and ancient museum.
The meeting happened in the atmosphere of solidarity and cooperation of the members of Asean Sea Port, the host is the IPC Company who is considerate and hospitable.
