Saigon Newport Logistics Service (SNPL) received the Third Class Medal

On the evening of June 23rd, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Tan Cang Logistics Service Center, a subsidiary of Saigon Tan Cang Corporation (STC), organized a ceremony to celebrate its 10th anniversary (June 26, 2013 - June 26, 2023) and received the Third-Class Labor Medal.

Comrades attended the ceremony: Colonel Nguyen Nang Toan, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Corporation; Colonel Ngo Minh Thuan, General Director of the Corporation; leaders and former leaders of STC and the Center throughout different periods.

Intending to become the sole logistics brand of STC in the regional and international markets, the Center has combined recruiting high-quality personnel and sending officers and employees for overseas training. It has gradually improved and developed the system's network connections, infrastructure, and core services of the units within the system. The Center has expanded its scale and enhanced the efficiency of providing logistics services from ports to industrial parks and export processing zones. It has also actively developed comprehensive warehouse management services for customers and road and waterway transportation services connecting to Laos, Cambodia, and regions across the country. Breakthroughs have been made in developing services for oversize and overweight cargo, solar energy projects, and wind power in the Central, Central Highlands, and Southwestern regions. Electronic customs agent services and international door-to-door services have seen substantial development through a network system of over 50 agents in continents and key markets such as the United States, China, and South Korea.

Electronic customs agent services and international door-to-door services have seen substantial development through a network system of over 50 agents in continents and key markets such as the United States, China, and South Korea.
The Center also strongly applies digital transformation and advanced technology in management, and production operations, particularly in logistics service operations and customs procedures. It utilizes technology such as OTM transportation management, CRM customer management software, WMS warehouse management software, CHB App, and online payment systems.

The total revenue of the logistics services across the system has an average annual growth rate of 12-15%. In 2022, the Center's revenue reached over 8,500 billion VND, accounting for 30% of the system's total revenue. Among them, the revenue from SNP Logistics' 3PL services exceeded 1,500 billion VND, representing 18%. Providing two or more services (freight forwarding and customs brokerage) for container import-export accounted for 63.17%; domestic door-to-door services accounted for 11.2%, international door-to-door services accounted for 14.2%; distribution warehouse accounted for 11% of the overall service structure.

In terms of transportation services, it holds a 65% market share in container transportation via the Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Mep barge route, a 70% market share in the Mekong Delta barge route, and a 43% market share in the Vietnam-Cambodia barge route. It effectively manages and operates 366 prime movers, 69 barges, 45 lifting devices, and 677,121 square meters of warehouses and ICDs.

After ten years of operation, Tan Cang Logistics Service Center has consistently ranked among Vietnam's top 10 leading logistics enterprises. In 2022, it stood among Vietnam's top 5 most reputable logistics companies. The Center has contributed to establishing the reputation and brand of TCSG (Tan Cang Saigon Corporation) with customers both domestically and internationally.

During the ceremony, on behalf of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Brigadier General Nguyen Nang Toan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Corporation, awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to the Center. Additionally, the General Director of TCSG presented Certificates of Merit to two collectives and 15 individuals.
