During the fair, Saigon Newport Corporation has actively participated in charity activities, sponsored 100 million VND, and cooperated with the Military Hospital 175 and the Department of Economics – Ministry of National Defense to operate Free Eye Surgery for the poor in Cambodia. Additionally, Saigon Newport Corporation also donated to the poor Vietnamese and Cambodian in Cambodia with 500 gifts, valued 50 million VND
From 6 November 2010 to 10 November 2010, Saigon Newport Corporation has participated in the "Vietnam Fair Trade in Cambodia", held at Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The fair was held on an area of nearly 1,000 square meters, with participation of more than 200 enterprises from both countries, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Attending this expo, Saigon Newport Corporation promoted the company’s image, brand and its services to companies, investors and partners in Cambodia in order to expand the market and business development opportunities. The activities of the Saigon Newport Corporation at the fair included: operating exhibition booths introducing achieved economic achievements, showing a video clip, distributing brochures to customers, participating in activities expanding business exchanges with foreign and local firms from both countries

Saigon Newport Corporation honorably welcomed the Senior Lieutenant-General Nguyen Van Duoc (Member of Vietnamese Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Ministry of National Defense), Lieutenant General Nguyen Tuan Dung - Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam People's Army's General Department of Politics (Member of Vietnamese Party Central Committee), Mr. Ngo Anh Dung- Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia , Vietnam and Cambodia Government Official representatives, leaders of Cambodia Maritime Department, Cambodia Port Authority to visit the fair. The leaders also praised the achievements of Saigon Newport Corporation during this time and believed that Saigon Newport Corporation continues to grow fast, strong and sustainable in the future.
