On 13th and 14th October, 2011, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) held the opening ceremony of Tan Cang – Sa Dec, Customer Conference in the Mekong delta area and coordinated with Dong Thap People’s Committee to organize the Investment Promotion Conference in Dong Thap.
On 13th and 14th October, 2011, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) held the opening ceremony of Tan Cang – Sa Dec, Customer Conference in the Mekong delta area and coordinated with Dong Thap People’s Committee to organize the Investment Promotion Conference in Dong Thap. Attending the event, there were the representatives of SNP, Dong Thap People’s Committee, Investment and Trade promotion canter and representatives of SNP, Shipping lines, shipping agency and representatives of domestic and foreign enterprises. The event has attracted over investors from various sectors such as: sea port, waterway transport, logistics, finance, banking, insurance and investment industry.
Making speech at the event, the representatives of Dong Thap people’s Committee, SNP and investors have affirmed the potential and advantages of economic, favorable conditions of nature and society. Besides, priority policy of local governance is one of the factors that attracted investment in Dong Thap. In the programmed tour, participants also had opportunity to visit the trade fair, focal economic zone in Cao Lanh city and Sa Dec town. Partners and investors had an overview of internal resources and grand opportunities of Dong Thap province in particular and the Mekong delta in general for the sustainable development
The activities to promote the brand and investment promotion of SNP by attending “Dong Thap Investment Bridge and Trade promotion in 2011” and “Vietnam Business day on 13th October” at Mekong delta gained succeed and gave opportunities for enterprises and investors to direct access to Dong Thap. In the event, Dong Thap People’s committee signed MOU with the domestic and foreign enterprises on cooperation in constructing electronic equipment factory, warehouse for agriculture products, bonded warehouse and orchid growing facility….
Extending its activities by managing and operating port in Dong Thap province, SNP are providing customers in Dong Thap in particular and Mekong delta area in general with its total package logistic service which helps customers to save time and cost and creates a full supply chain spreading across the country and Cambodia market.
