Tan Cang - Hai Phong International Container Terminal welcome PS3 service from THE Alliance

April 1st, 2022, Tan Cang - Hai Phong International Container Terminal (TC-HICT) welcomes the first call of PS3 service from THE Alliance, vessel ONE CONTINUITY

Following the event of welcoming the first call CAPE FARO on the new service CI7 of Wan Hai shipping company on March 28, 2022, Tan Cang Hai Phong International Container Terminal (TC-HICT) is honored to welcome the service PS3 of THE Alliance with the mother container vessel ONE CONTINUITY on April 01, 2022. This service directly connects Hai Phong with the US West Coast. It belongs to ONE shipping line with a DWT of 90,466 tons, a capacity of 8,102 TEUs, and 320.37m LOA. 

The PS3 service route operates on voyages TCHICT - YANTIAN - LOS ANGELES - OAKLAND - PUSAN - SHANGHAI - NINGBO - SHEKOU - SINGAPORE - PORT KLANG - NHAVA SHEVA - PIPAVAV PORT - COLOMBO - PORT KLANG - SINGAPORE - TCIT - TCHICT.

THE Alliance is the 2nd largest shipping line alliance in the world including 4 leading shipping lines ONE (Japan), Hapag Lloyd (Germany), Yang Ming (Taiwan) and HMM (Korea). THE Alliance is operating 625 vessels with a total capacity of 4775,125 TEUs accounting for 18.8% of the worldwide container fleet.

Entering the beginning of the second quarter of 2022, TC-HICT port has continuously successfully welcomed two new service routes PS3 and CI7 thanks to the determined efforts of all officers, employees and employees of the special company. especially the trust and support of shipping lines and customers. This is really a testament to the development potential of the deep-water port in the North as well as the development potential of the Vietnamese economy.

Currently, there are 12 calls per week in TC-HICT, of which 6 are Transpacific, 1 to India, 1 to Australia and 4 to Intra Asia. TC-HICT always ensures high ship clearance productivity and good service quality and have been receiving high appreciation and trust from customers.
In the coming time, TC-HICT will continue to invest in loading and unloading equipment and modern information technology to further improve service quality, welcome new sea service routes and highlight our brand as an international transshipment in the North of Vietnam on the map of regional and international ports.
