On March 18th 2008, the 3rd meeting for the JV establishment of Tan Cang-Cai Mep international container terminal has been held at the meeting room in SNP’s head office.
On March 18th 2008, the 3rd meeting for the JV establishment of Tan Cang-Cai Mep international container terminal has been held at the meeting room in SNP’s head office. Mr. Ngo Trong Phan- Deputy General Director of SNP presided over the meeting. From the side of the Foreign Partners, Representatives of Hanjin Shipping, Mitsui O.S.K Lines and Wanhai Line were present. The Representaives of Cosultant Companies including the economic experts and lawyers also joined the meeting.
The parties discussed about issues relating to the financial analysis on the operation efficiency of Tan Cang-Cai Mep international container terminal (phase II) and some issues concerning to Join Venture Contract and Charter. The meeting has got fruitful results and the parties expressed their wishes to have the JV contract signed in the coming time.
Expectantly, Tan Cang-Cai Mep phase I will be put into operation in 1st quarter of 2009 and Tan cang-Cai Mep phase II (the terminal of the Joint Venture Company) will be operational in 2010.
