Welcome the new service CV1 of NBOS to Tan Cang - Hiep Phuoc terminal

On April 22, 2022, Tan Cang - Hiep Phuoc terminal (TCHP) successfully held a ceremony to welcome the Xin Ming Zhou 18 vessel of Ningbo Ocean Shipping (NBOS), operating the new service CV1.

The Xin Ming Zhou 18 vessel has the voyage VNHPH (Haiphong) - VNSGN (TCHP) - CNNGB (Taicang) - CNNGB (Ningbo). This is the first vessel of CV1 service that NBOS has put into operation at TCHP, with an output of 811 TEUs exported and imported.

CV1 service operated with 4 ships per month and 1 ship per week, which expect to maintain a smooth cargo flow between Vietnam and China. This has important implications for China's import and export market is impacted by the governments of Shanghai City and other cities implementing China's Zero-COVID policy.
Consequently, this CV1 service has a voyage to connect Tai Cang Port (the geographical proximity to Shanghai is only 40km away) is essential in maintaining the supply chain to Shanghai - a great city with 26 million people.

This second service of NBOS operated at TCHP (the first service CVT conducted in November 2021) shows the trust of shipping lines and customers for the TCHP. On the other hand, TCHP set a new record in handling the mother vessel ALS CERES in March 2022, which demonstrates the capacity and importance of TCHP in the strategic economic map in Vietnam's southern critical region.
