TC-HICT welcomes Delegates of French Embassy
Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority cooperated with French Embassy and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry to visit Tan Cang Hai Phong International Container Terminal.

Hai Phong is one of the leading provinces in the country in attracting foreign investment capital (FDI), with a total investment capital of 5,149 billion USD in 2021 (an increase of nearly 3.4 times compared to 2020). As an urban area associated with the development of seaports and industries, Hai Phong has received significant attention and attraction from FDI capital. The Lach Huyen project, the first new industrial park infrastructure project among 15 projects planned for development by 2025, was granted an investment registration certificate on December 7, 2021. The project has a scale of 752 hectares, implemented in the area of Lach Huyen international gateway port.
Currently, TC-HICT Port cooperates with the CMA-CGM shipping line (France's largest shipping company, ranked 3rd in the world), operating the service route Bay Bengal Express 3 (BBX3). This service has four vessels, with an average capacity of 2,700 TEUs, docked weekly and has the voyage: TCHICT – Nansha – Hong Kong – Shekou – Singapore – Chittagong – Singapore – Port Klang – Danang.

Vietnam in general and Hai Phong city, in particular, would strengthen more and more. At the same time, TC-HICT hopes that the Mr. French Ambassador and the delegators of the French Embassy continue to pay attention to and support Hai Phong in helping businesses and investors to promote and open up friendly cooperation between Hai Phong local enterprises and French enterprises.
