The purpose of the TCGL is to reduce costs for customers, to extend the SNP's seaport system for the circulation of import and export goods, and customs clearance to facilitate trade. For the customs branch, it helps attract customers for customs clearance to fulfill the tax collection target assigned by the customs department.
