Theme of the Customer Appreciation Event Series: “Synergy – Connectivity – Prosperity”

From this perspective, “Synergy – Network – Prosperity” has been chosen by SNP as the overarching theme for its series of customer and partner appreciation activities. “Synergy” represents the collective strength created through trust, collaboration, and shared values; “Network” reflects the immense connections between SNP and its customers, shipping lines, partners, and the wider logistics community; while “Prosperity” embodies the shared aspiration for sustainable growth, where success belongs not to any single enterprise, but is created through the collective strength of an entire ecosystem. 

Synergy – When the community moves in one rhythm
Opening the journey of appreciation is SNP Run As One, SNP’s annual running event that has become a familiar gathering for the port and logistics community. Entering its fourth season, the event proudly brought together more than 2,000 runners. Here, sport goes beyond physical fitness, serving as a powerful catalyst for customers, partners, and members of the SNP ecosystem to meet, interact, share common values, and strengthen cooperation.

If “Synergy” is about bringing shared values together in harmony, SNP Run As One is where that spirit comes vividly to life. Through SNP Run As One, SNP aims to establish an annual event that expresses appreciation to customers, strengthens relationships among partners across the port and logistics ecosystem, and promotes an active and healthy lifestyle. More than a sporting event, the race also gives the business community an opportunity to move toward a shared goal: strengthening connectivity, advancing together, and contributing to the sustainable prosperity of Vietnam’s logistics industry. From every stride along the course and every encounter to the smiles shared at the finish line, SNP Run As One has brought to life a spirit of unity in creating shared value. 

Network – When understanding strengthens partnership
Continuing the series of appreciation activities, Customer Appreciation Day has been held by SNP for nine years as an important customer touchpoint, providing those who directly use SNP’s services with an opportunity to meet, share, and engage in a forum with the Corporation based on their actual operational experience. In 2026, for the first time, the Service Quality Customer Forum connected the North and South simultaneously, attracting nearly 1,000 customer participants. From northern facilities including TC-HICT, TC189, and inland container depots to the southern venue at Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal, operational experiences, challenges, and emerging requirements were openly shared and carefully heard. In this way, each forum went beyond an exchange of views to become valuable input for SNP to further improve service quality and the overall customer experience.

These connections were also extended beyond face-to-face meetings through a multidimensional engagement journey featuring a wide range of interactive activities from July 1 to August 3. From the online competitions “SNP_Symphony,” “SNP_Prosperity,” and “SNP_NextGen Challenge,” which encouraged creativity and connection, to the “Safe Connectivity Journey,” recognizing 20 outstanding logistics companies, and the “ePort Expert” competition, which brought digital technology closer to customers, each activity created another opportunity for SNP to meet, listen to, and better understand the people who keep the flows of cargo moving every day. Through these initiatives, appreciation was expressed not only through words of thanks, but also through genuine attention to every experience, every contribution, and every practical need of customers. 

Prosperity – When the symphony comes to life
SNP Concert 2026 marks a new “touchpoint” in SNP’s journey of appreciation. For the first time SNP using arts to express our gratitude to customers, shipping lines, and partners. Bringing together more than 5,000 guests, along with performances by Tung Dương, Toc Tien, Phương My Chi, Bui Cong Nam, S(T)rong Trong Hieu, and the Chillies band, the program presents an elaborately staged artistic experience in which every performance and every moment has been carefully crafted as a heartfelt expression of appreciation.

SNP’s journey of appreciation has been shaped by countless encounters, enduring trust, and years of partnership. This artistic performance therefore represents a distinctive milestone, a symphony of shared values through which SNP, together with its customers, shipping lines, and partners, can look back on everything that has been nurtured over the years before “a new melody begins.” In this sense, SNP Concert 2026 does more than bring the series of appreciation activities to a close; it also opens the way for new connections and broader opportunities for cooperation, as all parties move together toward sustainable value and a prosperous journey ahead.

Each activity has its own form of expression, yet all are connected by one consistent spirit: Connectivity creates value; Synergy creates strength; Partnership creates prosperity.
