On September 30th 2015, Saigon Newport Corporation held "Rice customer meeting" to thank customers for their cooperation and update SNP's new premises and policies for rice stuffing services.
In this event, there were representatives from SNP management, Tan Cang Vegetable oil terminal, Tan Cang Logistics, representatives from Customs Zone 1, Hiep Phuoc Customs, representatives from shipping lines, and customers of rice stuffing services.
Mr Bui Van Quy - SNP's marketing director - introduced SNP's premises which have rice stuffing services and updated the capacity. With large network in the Mekong Delta - the main rice production area, SNP is having the highest market share in rice stuffing service and transportation to Cat Lai Terminal, Cai Mep Terminals. The network of SNP includes: Tan Cang - My Tho, Tan Cang - Sa Dec, Tan Cang - Thot Not, Tan Cang - my Thoi, Tan Cang - Tra Noc, Tan Cang - Hiep Phuoc, Tan Cang - Cat Lai, Tan Cang - Cai Mep, Tan Cang Vegetable Oil Terminal with total stuffing capacity of over 700 TEU/ day.

Mr Tran Khanh Hoang - SNP's Vice president - shared his thought about difficulties and challenges of Vietnam rice on world market, and the representatives listened to customers' feedbacks about rice stuffing services, transportation services and customs procedures. Representatives of TCHP, TCVT, TCL updated their customer policies and solutions to upgrade capacity and service quality. Representatives of Customs committed to simplifying procedures, professionalizing services, facilitating import-export companies, for the development of Vietnam.

Rice customer meeting is an annual event of SNP to listen to customers' difficulties about port, logistics services, to solve problems promptly, enhance quality and strengthen customers' trust, to keep up the top spot in port operation and logistics provider in Vietnam.
