Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) organized the Announcement Ceremony of Tan Cang - Long Binh dry port (TCLB) and Customer Appreciation Conference on March 29, 2023 in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. The event highlighted the crucial role of TCLB Dry Port in SNP's eco- system of integrated logistics and dry ports aiming at enhancing connectivity and bring additional values to customers and partners
Event outlook
The event was attended by over 200 guests representing for various local agencies, such as the Provincial People's Committee, Customs Department, Long Binh Customs Branch, Dong Nai Port Authority, and industrial park management boards and especially those who were the reliable customers and along the line with TCLB and SNP during the whole journey coming from the shipping lines, shipping agents, Forwarding & Logistics companies, and import-export enterprises. The event was a great success and demonstrated the support and recognition of the community for the TCLB Dry Port and SNP's eco system of integrated logistics and dry ports.
Mr. Bui Van Quy - Vice Executive President of Saigon Newport Corporation delivered the opening speech
In his opening remarks, Mr. Bui Van Quy, the Vice Executive President of SNP, highlighted the key advantages of the Tan Cang - Long Binh dry port, including its strategic location as the gateway to the Southern region and its excellent transportation system, which provides connectivity to major seaports such as Tan Cang - Cat Lai Terminals and the deep-water Terminals in Cai Mep area (TCIT, TCTT...), as well as Southeast provinces and the South Central Highlands. These factors make it a highly promising location for developing logistics services and facilitating the cargo import and export within Dong Nai province and the surrounding areas. Furthermore, this project presents an opportunity for SNP and TCLB to contribute to the economic development of the region, support trade for enterprises as well as promote local economic growth, ultimately enhancing the province competitiveness index.

Thanks to the support and cooperation from state management agencies, shipping lines, shipping agents, import-export enterprises, and forwarding - logistics companies, Tan Cang Long Binh Dry port has been established and served as an extension of SNP's service supply chain, the dry port acts as a bridge connecting the flow of cargoes smoothly and continuously from SNP's system of port facilities, depots, and warehouses to the factories and warehouses of the enterprises.

During the ceremony, Mr. Phan Anh Tuan, director of Tan Cang - Long Binh dry port, emphasized the role of TCLB in the supply chain, stating that the dry port will help increase cargo clearance, cargo receiving and releasing capacity, especially in supporting distribution activities in the supply chain. TCLB will also provide warehousing, distribution center services, handling services, and warehouse management, along with logistics services and customs procedures for FCL and LCL containers, facilitated by a system of general warehouses and distribution warehouses with a large area, high standards, and modern equipment. Mr. Tuan expressed confidence in TCLB's ability to systematize new service solutions of SNP to reduce costs in the logistics chain, increase efficiency, and improve the quality of customer-oriented services.
