The series of events of gratitude to customers and close partners at Tan Cang - Cai Mep Port cluster (TCIT, TCTT, TCCT) took place throughout from the end of September 2022 - October 2022, including the following activities:

From September 26, 2022 to October 7, 2022, the week of service quality survey took place at Tan Cang - Cai Mep Thi Vai Terminal (TCTT) and Tan Cang - Cai Mep international Terminal (TCIT), with enthusiastic participation and helpful comments from customers and partners. Through the service quality survey, customers have highly appreciated the level of satisfaction in the process of experiencing quality service in the area of ​​Tan Cang - Cai Mep Port cluster - with an average satisfaction rate over 88%,  customers rate Good and Very Good for many services. Issues arising in the operations are handled, supported quickly and facilitated for customers.

Also in this series of events, on October 22, 2022, Saigon Newport Corporation organized a friendship football tournament between shipping lines, shipping agents and employees of SNP and Cai Mep port cluster. The football tournament is held not only for the purpose of health training, but also an activity to strengthen solidarity, exchange and learn among customers, partners and SNP. At the exchange with the spirit of sports love, the athletes participated with all their might, the matches took place fiercely and the program was successful.

In order to strengthen connections, express listening and absorb opinions and actual needs from customers after the week of service quality survey, on October 28, 2022, Saigon Newport Corporation and Port Cluster Tan Cang - Cai Mep coordinated to organize the thank you party with the participation of customers, close partners, specialized agencies, representatives of Cai Mep port Customs Branch, representatives commander of the border station of Ba Ria Vung Tau province, Vung Tau Port Authority and representatives of member units of SNP, etc., with the presence of more than 100 representatives from shipping lines and loyal customers in Cai Mep area.
