After three months of development, deployment, and testing, the eWork system has fulfilled all technical and operational requirements, qualifying for official launch. The platform is designed to standardize the processes of receiving, processing, approving, issuing, and archiving documents in a digital environment. It also promotes the adoption of electronic documents and digital signatures, while enabling corporate leaders to monitor, direct, and coordinate workflows swiftly and transparently.

The eWork platform comprises 9 core functional modules, focusing on:
Document management, approval submissions, and digital signing
Task assignment and progress tracking
Contract and records management
Management of meeting rooms, vehicle dispatch, and business travel
Document storage and search powered by OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology
System notifications, user guidelines, technical support, and system administration
Mr. Phan Anh Tuan, Director of Tan Cang - Long Binh ICD JSC., emphasized that using the system comprehensively and adhering to standard procedures will shorten document turnaround time, cut down paperwork, and eliminate repetitive tasks. It also helps prevent lost documents, improves searchability, tracks deadlines, and provides clear audit trails for all processing workflows. Furthermore, real-time data on the system allows leadership to monitor progress closely and promptly identify bottlenecks, thereby enhancing overall operational and management efficiency.
