In the joyful atmosphere of the early spring days, on January 13, 2025, Tan Cang - Cai Mep Joint Stock Company (TCCT) marked a prosperous new year by implementing a comprehensive logistics service (door – CY) from the customer's factory to New Castle port, Australia. Notably, this is the first time the customer has experimented with bulk cargo transportation – a significant transformation in their business strategy.

By providing innovative logistics solutions to customers along with practical experience, TCCT gained the customer's trust to become the provider of comprehensive logistics services, including transportation and international sea freight, committing to full and safe transportation from the origin at the customer's factory, loading at Ba Son port to the final destination at New Castle port, Australia (Door – CY).

Nearly 10,000 cbm of structural steel for the construction project of Woolworths Group's fresh and cold food distribution center in Australia was loaded onto the Liberian-flagged vessel African Rail. To ensure efficiency during the implementation process, TCCT closely coordinated with the cargo owner's representative in Vietnam, the vessel agent, and Ba Son port to develop a detailed plan, from arranging specialized vehicles and equipment to allocating experienced personnel to supervise each stage, ensuring absolute progress and safety. With the first shipment of the project, TCCT demonstrated its capability to receive and manage project cargo vessels, as well as oversized and overweight cargo, even for large projects with specific requirements such as structural steel according to international standards. The meticulous preparation and smooth coordination among all parties ensured that the loading and unloading process on the African Rail vessel proceeded safely and efficiently, meeting the planned timeline.

By implementing this service, TCCT not only supports customers in expanding their transportation capabilities but also affirms its position in the bulk cargo logistics sector in the Cai Mep port clusters.
