Within the framework of the visit and work at TCIT on January 17, 2025, Ocean Network Express (ONE) presented the "Appreciation Award" to TCIT to acknowledge its outstanding efforts in improving service quality, enhancing vessel turnaround productivity, increasing cargo handling volume, and shortening container turnaround time at the port. The Terminal Partnership Program (TPP) not only marks a breakthrough in enhancing port operational efficiency but also symbolizes the sustainable cooperative relationship and long-term development commitment between TCIT and ONE.
According to the evaluation results from Ocean Network Express (ONE), the special Terminal Partnership Program (TPP) between ONE and Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal (TCIT) achieved impressive results, with TCIT ranking 9th globally among ports where ONE vessels call to handle cargo. This achievement was assessed based on criteria such as growth in productivity, port operational efficiency, spirit of cooperation, companionship, innovation, and improvement in the cooperation process between TCIT and ONE.
Within the scope of the visit and work at the port, TCIT was honored to receive the "Appreciation Awards" from ONE for its efforts in improving service quality, enhancing vessel clearance productivity, increasing cargo handling volume, and reducing average container turnaround time at the port. This is not only an occasion to look back at the results achieved, but also a commitment to solid strides in the relationship between TCIT and ONE in the upcoming period.
