The meeting with forwarding and logistics customers

On September 07th, 2012, Saigon Newport Corporation held the meeting with forwarding and logistics companies who are using SNP services at Tan Cang, Tan Cang – Cat Lai, ICD Tan Cang – Song Than and ICD Tan Cang – Long Binh. The meeting was an opportunity for SNP to express sincere thanks to forwarding and logistics companies for the strong cooperation in the past years.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Khanh Hoang – deputy general director of SNP confirmed that SPN is always in the close accompanying with the Forwarding enterprises to enhance the logistics services. He also committed to improve service quality ceaselessly to be more professional. Mr. Deputy General Director emphasized that SNP would continue to expand the services, develop market, spread network of port operators and logistics covering all key economic areas in the South, the Mekong Delta, Central Region and Hai Phong, we have made the first steps in reaching out to Cambodia and the upcoming will be Singapore, aiming at creating the most convenient network to customers.



Mr.  Nguyen Huu Thinh – Deputy Director of Tan Cang Customs branch updated the improvements in the customs formalities not only in Tan Cang customs branch, but also those in Song Than customs at Tan Cang - Song Than ICD & Long Binh Tan customs at Tan Cang - Long Binh ICD. He also noted that General Department of Vietnam customs is going to apply the customs single window as well as intensify to use the customs X-ray machine to meet up the international standards in the economic integration. At the meeting, Mr. Roson Lee – sales director of Oriental shipping and distribution company, on behalf of the forwarding & Logistics companies, delivered a speech. He has expressed the appreciation to SNP for the close co-operation, continuous service quality improvement and the favorable conditions which has assisted oriental company in particulars and the forwarding & Logistics companies in general to do the business efficiently in Vietnam.



The meeting has left a deep impression on the close co-operation of SNP and its forwarding and logistics customers. It has once more confirmed the SNP’s target: friendship, close co-operation for the mutual development of SNP and the domestic and international forwarding & Logistic companies.
