Saigon Newport entered the top twenty of “Vietnam Excellent Brand 2009”

On 4TH April 2010, the sixth honour and award celebration for typical entrepreneurs was successfully held in Hanoi Theatre by Vietnam Economy Times and Trade Promotion Department (Ministry of Trade & Industry). 120 entrepreneurs were elected to receive the award “ Excellent brand of 2009”. Saigon Newport Corporation ( SNP) was prominent to be in the top twenty list of “VIETNAM EXCELLENT BRAND 2009” through proving its leading brand in th Vietnam Seaport system.

120 entrepreneurs were elected to receive the award “ Excellent brand of 2009”. Saigon Newport Corporation ( SNP) was prominent to be in the top twenty list of “VIETNAM EXCELLENT BRAND 2009” through proving its leading brand in th Vietnam Seaport system. Mr. Ngo Minh Thuan- Deputy General Director represented SNP to receive the award.In the year 2009, although the company was adversely affected by the Global economic recession, SNP has affirmed its role as the most professional, modern and biggest container terminal operator in Vietnam with the volume reaching over 2.4 million Teus (which has made the market share of the company account for more than 80% of those in the South of Vietnam and nearly 50% nationwide). Especially, the supply of the pilot service and the solutions to enhance the service quality of the company in the year have made the breakthrough in term of the service quality of Saigon Newport Brand. The awards have affirmed the remarkable efforts and achievements of the company, the right development strategy targeting at enhancing its competitiveness in the comprehensive integration situation of the country.
