The Conviniences of ePort and Mobivi at Saigon Newport Corporation

In August, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) succeeded in applying ePort service that brings customers the ability to register and pay via internet for container service charges at Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal. Eport service is a modern digitalized, high-speed, cost-saving service that was developed by Software Solution Centre (SSC) of Tan Cang Information Technology Solution JSC - a subsidiary of Saigon Newport (SNP).
In August, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) succeeded in applying ePort service that brings customers the ability to register and pay via internet for container service charges at Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal. Eport service is a modern digitalized, high-speed, cost-saving service that was developed by Software Solution Centre (SSC) of Tan Cang Information Technology Solution JSC - a subsidiary of Saigon Newport (SNP). Before applying ePort, customers had to apply for service and do a payment directly at port. This leads to potential risks and inconveniences for customers who bring a large amount of cash to pay for their services at port.
In order to improve and bring the best quality service for customers, SNP has continued to develop ePort service. There are three significant benefits of ePort service that SNP guarantees to customers. Firstly, by combining with Mobivi – an online payment service, customers will save time and money in doing port procedure. Customers can directly, quickly make payment for container handling method at home or office via internet. Secondly, customers are able to print easily their registration receipts and make payment anywhere. Finally, using ePort and Mobivi is completely secured so that customers feel secure when carrying out their transactions.
Applying ePort and Mobivi into port operations successfully at Tan Cang – Cat Lai Terminal is a significant development of SNP in the “Customer year 2011”.
