Welcome of the mainden voyage of grand China at Tan Cang - Cat Lai (26/04/2010)

In the morning of April 26th 2010, the representatives of Saigon Newport Corporation and Samtra Company (the Vietnamese agent for Grand China Shipping) came on board of Lantau Arrow to welcome the maiden voyage of Grand China at Cat Lai port. The representatives gave flowers and souvenirs to the captain and crew members. This is the first call of the new service TVH joined by Main Land (with Vietfratch as the agent) and Grand China.The new service deploys two vessel which has the capacity of 1,200 Teus. The route of the service as follows: CatLai- Hongkong – Shekou – Laem Chabang – Bangkok –CatLai. Captain Dima has expressed the sincere thanks to SNP for the warm hostability and sentiment. He has also given good comments on the navagation guidance of Newport Pilot Company (subsidiary of SNP) and service quality of Tan Cang- Cat Lai in the handling plan and high productivity. The representatives of Grand Chine hoped that the volume of the service would increase in the coming time and believe in the good co-operation between Saigon Newport Corporation and Grand China.
