Apart from expanding and upgrading infrastructure, SNP has constantly stepped up to install the most up-to-date in an attempt to boost productivity and enhance customer services. As of February 2007, 15 specialized Terberg trailors imported from Malaysia had been put into operation in response to a tremendous growth in peak season of Tet Holiday.

As of February 2007, 15 specialized Terberg trailors imported from Malaysia had been put into operation in response to a tremendous growth in peak season of Tet Holiday. By the end of March 2007, 03 brand new Panamax Kranbau Elsberwald gantry cranes imported from Germany have been ready for installation at Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 and will be officially functional in August 2007. Also in March 2007, a contract for the purchase of 10 Swedish Kalma RTGs, 1 over 6 high to be operational in March 2008 was signed.
