Seminar "Military business culture before the era of the 4th industrial revolution"

On the morning of December 19, in Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon Newport Corporation (People's Army Navy) coordinated with the People's Army Newspaper to hold the seminar "Military Corporate Culture before the era of 4th Industrial Revolution 4.0) ” on the occasion of 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 / December 22, 2019), 30 years of the National Defense Day for the People (December 22, 1989 / 12-22-2019).
Attending the seminar were representatives of Economic Department (Ministry of Defense); leader and management of Saigon Newport Corporation; representatives of the editorial offices of People's Army Newspaper; representatives of southern military agencies and units, enterprises inside and outside the military.
Military enterprises (enterprises) are a part of state enterprises managed by the Ministry of Defense and military units. This is the core force performing production tasks, participating in economic development and national development; at the same time preserving and developing the capacity of production of defense products, strengthening the defense and defense potential of the Fatherland. To complete the mission, military enterprises must build Corporate Culture as a basis for all operations of the military unit. The Industial Revolution 4.0 has had multidimensional impacts both positive and negative in social life to build the typical culture of military enterprises, helping the enterprises to develop sustainably, need to combine well military culture with Military Corporate Culture.
Speaking to lead the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Duc Hung, Political Manager of Saigon Newport Corporation, emphasized that the corporate culture of the military enterprises not only carries cultural values in general but also has its own characteristics which has formed from the core of Uncle Ho's army, confirming the distinctions of military enterprises. During the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the Military Corporate Culture became more and more important. Building a good military corporate Culture in the 4.0 industry period will help harmonize and create good cooperation and interaction between people with modern means and technologies at work, with partners, customers and with the military enterprises themselves. Since then, military enterprises can take advantage of opportunities brought about by the insustial revolution 4.0. At the seminar, the discussion of the delegates focussed on highlighting the contents: The role of military corporate Culture in the period of Industrial Revolution 4.0, highlighting the practical, lessons learned in building Business Culture at the units, as well as discuss, share solutions for building military corporate culture in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
