Saigon Newport - Developing port and logistics eco-system solution for windhub projects

From June 5, 2022 to June 10, 2022, Cam Ranh International Terminals (Tan Cang - Petro Cam Ranh) and Tan Cang - Cai Mep Container Terminal (TCCT) - the subsidiaries of Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP), successfully received the bulk cargo vessel - Da Dan Xia (a tonnage of up to 28,500 DWT) which carrying wind power equipment belongs to the Envision Dak Lak project.
The wind turbine shipment had loaded from Tianjin and Changsu Terminal (China), then arrived at Tan Cang - Cai Mep Container Terminal (Cai Mep deep-water cluster port) on June 5, 2021, to unload 36 blades (each blade has a length of ~68m and weight of ~23MT). On June 10, 2021, this vessel continuously arrived at Cam Ranh International Port (Tan Cang - Petro Cam Ranh Terminal) to unload 44 tubes, 6 hubs, 6 nacelles, and some accessories.
To ensure the windhub handling service efficiency, Saigon Newport Logistics Service Center (SNP Logistics) performed as a connecting pioneer in the port and logistics eco-system of Saigon Newport to incorporate closely with Tan Cang - Cai Mep Container Terminal (TCCT) and Cam Ranh International Terminals (Tan Cang - Petro Cam Ranh) for the preparation plan. Along with a team of experts, experienced workers, and engineers from Tan Cang Technical Service, JSC. completed the goal of loading and unloading schedule of wind turbines.
